The theatre cycle is basically theatrical shows with an element of social criticism. The main premise is the quality of the programme of shows and the theme. Therefore, the cycle comprises shows from prestigious national and international companies which cover politics, the economy, social problems etc. and they are performed in different dramatic languages: dance, plays, performance art…

Bocabadats
The «Bocabadats» programme, which takes place during the autumn months at Mucbe, specializes in shows and workshops for children from 0 to 4 years of age. In recent years it has become a benchmark in the region.
The Family Theatre Cycle is included in the Christmas programme with shows which are suitable for the whole family. All performances take place in the Pedro Mercader Auditorium.
Local companies and associations
The strong network of local associations and make sure that there is an extensive theatre programme throughout the year. The different events can be seen in our monthly agenda or in Benicarló Town Hall.
